Hospice is a benefit you can be entitled to through Medicare, Private insurance, Veterans Administration. This benefit entitles you to payment for Hospice services as follows: a. All visits made by the Evergreen Hospice Team. b. All medications related to the terminal illness diagnosis. c. Visits to your primary doctor which are related to your diagnosis. d. All durable medical equipment that is needed such as hospital beds, wheelchair, oxygen, etc. e. Therapies that are requested by your Doctor as part of your Plan of Care.
